Tre Terre Tour with Vinegar and Wine Tasting \ \ The Tre Terre Tour offers a complete experience of what Tenuta Tre Terre has to offer. The tour begins with a walk through the stunning landscape of the estate, accompanied by a welcome drink. Guests are guided through the estate’s history and highlights, followed by a visit to our "Acetaia," where they will taste Nota Vinegar and learn all about the production process. \ \ After the vinegar tasting, guests enjoy a wine tasting featuring two wines – Istrian Malvasia and a red wine made from Refošk and Borgonja. Upon request, guests can also taste Momjan Muscat from renowned local winemakers. The experience is further enriched with meat and fish platters, perfectly complementing the flavors and providing an authentic taste of Istrian tradition.\ \ The meat platter features Istrian sausage, pancetta, and Istrian cheese, complemented by marinated vegetables seasoned with our wine vinegar and a few drops of balsamic vinegar, creating a true symphony of flavors. The fish platter includes marinated anchovies, sardines in savor, and octopus carpaccio, which pair beautifully with our three vinegars, delivering a unique gastronomic experience.
