The Winery of Demark is quiet small and a kind of one man show. The wines are very traditional and more simpel, but nevertheless very tasty. The Winery of Ghia are very komplex an experimental. If you have the oportunity to take part in this Winetasting, just do it.“

“I had an amazing experience truffle hunting at Karlic Tartufi. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. I think the combination of people who are passionate about what they do and connecting over food is an incredible way to learn and experience another country. The tour was incredible and it definitely made me understand why truffles cost as much as they do for all the work that is required in finding them. I loved the balance between truffle hunting in the woods and the phenomenally delicious meal we received. The food was clearly made with so much love and everything tasted amazing. I appreciated how informative the experience was as well. 10000/10 recommend this experience to anyone who has the opportunity to be near the area.“
